Me and Lisa went to London for the day today. A soggy Trafalgar Square.
"You were right Daddy it IS big".....
Lisa has been learning about Florence Nightingale at school, so we popped in for a look around the Florence Nightingale Museum...
Walking along the Thames by the London Eye...
Ladies doing lunch on the South Bank...
The Tate Modern. Here's Lisa checking out the installation in the Turbine Hall. Tacita Dean's enormous cinema. Very cool..
One of Lisa's favourites in the Tate. Stone Circles...
Lisa's other favourite was the Red Squares....
Dancing across the wobbly bridge...
Love Locks on the Bridge. Apparently, couples carve their names on a padlock, lock it onto the bridge and then throw the key in the river. There were probably 200 padlocks on the wobbly bridge today.
A soggy anti-capitalist protester outside St Paul's cathedral..."Booo to the Bankers!!"...
South African buskers in Covent Garden...
Lisa on a London Bus in M&M World(?!?!?!?) Leicester Square..
We popped in for tea with Liz, but she was out :-(
so, Lisa had a monster pasty on the train instead...
Brilliant Day.....
