No trip to Poppit is complete without a visit to the Yum Yum sweet shop in Cardigan...so the kids tell me...
Me and Lisa went for a walk (climb) round the rocks to the old lifeboat station and up over the hill back to Poppit...

We had a walk in the Pembrokeshire National Park up to the top of a hill and lookout called Foel Eryr. Joe ran to the top!
