Beautiful Days 3

Beautiful Days 2

Beautiful Days 1

Today we headed off to the Beautiful Days Music Festival near Honiton in Devon. The Festival is run by the Levellers. Here are Lisa and Joe checking out the campsite... The view from our campsite down over the festival site...

This evening me and Paul went to see Hawkwind on the main stage. Afterwards we had a couple of beers and a bit of a dance in the beer tent/dance tent. We made it back to our campsite before the sun...just....

Edinburgh Festival 3

Our last Day at the Edinburgh Festival. Our first show today was the ballet 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs' performed by the Brooklyn Youth Ballet... After the show the cast came to meet the kids. Lisa and Snow White...

Edinburgh Festival 1

Ashes Cricket

Me and Freddy went to see the final day of the England v Australia test match at Edgbaston today.We were in the Eric Hollies Stand, named after a player that Dad used to watch play for Warwickshire at Edgbaston in the 50s...England were about 100 ahead and needed to bowl Australia out and then knock off the final runs to win the match. It looked good when England got a couple of early wickets...
But Australia managed to bat all day so the match ended in a draw...
The crowd made their own entertainment. We were in the stand with the Barmy Army and the Aussie Fanatics, so it was never dull...

The Nottingham Gang
