Kids Sunday Football

Today me and Simon started up Kids Sunday Morning Football in the park with Joe and his mates... Left to Right: Big George, Seth, Finn, Little George and Joe.

 We started off with some skills training and then had a match....

Horndean Banger Racing

We had a look at the pits.  It's not quite Formula 1.  They hammer the cars back into roughly the right shape and send them out for the next race...

Brilliant day out.  We'll have to do it again...

Pompey 3 v 0 Sheff Utd

The first game with the Pompey Supporters Trust in charge, last home game of the season, relegated already, fantastic atmosphere and we won 3v0!  Check out the video here... http://youtu.be/SEdvO3NyPb4

Snowboarding Chamonix

Me and Karen managed to sneak away for a few days snowboarding in Chamonix this week :-)  Here we are hitting the slopes with our cool retro snowboarding gear!

Day 1 - The first day we went snowboarding in Brevent....and it was snowing!   Powder at Easter....

Karen had not been boarding for five years....but she was like a duck to water....or snow....

Tired, bit snowy, hungry, but smiling :-)   Top Day.

We stayed in the Hotel Croix Blanche in the middle of Chamonix...

Day 2 - Again snowboarding at Brevent.  This time in the sunshine.  At last we got to see the mountains...

The ski resorts around Chamonix were almost completely deserted....loads of space for us to fall over in....

We took a ride on the cable car to the top of Brevent...

Back in Chamonix.  Only one of the people in this picture is real.   The building is painted with images of old Mountain Guides... 

Day 3 - Flegere.  The cable car station at Flegere.  The sun came out again for our last day on the slopes...

Lisa and Joe at Gran's

Lisa and Joe spent a few days at Gran and Grandad's in Lyme Regis....All on the own!!!  Here they are making cookies....yum yum...

They went to Abbotsbury Children's Farm, and rode some ponies...

And learnt to drive tractors....

Lisa fed the goats. Joe ran away when one of them jumped on him!

Joe learnt to milk a cow.  I think he got ice cream from this cow!

Back at Gran's they went tree climbing....
