Weymouth, Sea Life Centre

MONDAY - WEYMOUTH

We had a couple of days in Weymouth for half-term.  We stayed in the Bourneville Hotel, but they didn't give us any chocolate :-(

We had a wander round the old port.  These fisherman were doing a deal on a big box of crabs...

We stopped in at the Leighton Art Gallery.  Lisa had a chat with the artist...

TUESDAY - SEA LIFE CENTRE
We went to the Weymouth Sea-Life Centre.  Here are Joe and Lisa just before they were eaten by a giant angry turtle  ;-)

Bike - South Downs Way

Geoff and Jezza organised a day out on the moutain bike trails today.  We got the train to Winchester and cycled back along the South Downs Way to the QE Country Park and then down to Emsworth. 31 miles in all!  The intrepid team : Simon, Geoffer, Jez, Chalkie and Me...

We made it back to Emsworth at about 6 o'clock, after a trip of 31 miles in 8 hours, 4 pubs, one cafe and about 100 Haribo stops....great day.  Looking forward to the next one.

World Gymnastics Champs

Me and Lisa went to Antwerp, Belgium this weekend for the World Gymnastics Championships...

SATURDAY - On the Eurotunnel.  I think the French sign on the train reads "With Eurotunnel do your Gymnastics"..

A great day of gymnastics.  We celebrated with Belgium beer and grub in the hotel...
