I'm 50! And today was the big firework party...

Everyone came round for Chilli, Booze, Music, Poetry, Fireworks and all the usual fun and games :-)

We kicked it off with some good old fashioned Rock n Roll....
Marie performed some of her original poetry.....this one was all about me turning 50!

Chris, with help from Simon, wrote some brilliant new words to 'Always Look on the Bright Side of Life'. It was a very creative take on me and my life :-)

And the fantastic Blondies....Debbie, Tory and Lyzz......looking for a Union City Man....
Will and Julia wrote some new words to 'Rocking All Over The World'...Another masterpiece....

The musical climax was Simon and Raynor belting out the Feeder classic 'Buck Rogers'...

What a fantastic birthday. Thanks for all the fireworks, presents, cards, songs, poems.....Brilliant....
The following morning Pete and Will presented me with a kayak....wow!
And Mary gave me 50 bottles of beer!!!! Each was individually wrapped....
