We've got a ticket to Ryde (Fishbourne).  We went over to visit the off shore Fellows's for a couple of days...

Pompey 3 v 0 Dagenham

Me and Dad went to see Pompey's first game of the new season and the first of the new Paul Cook era...

The team played brilliantly and beat Dagenham and Redbridge 3 v 0.  The star player was Kyle Bennett, he set up the first and scored two more!

Wickham Festival

The kids went to visit Gran and Grandad for a few days so me and Karen toook ourselves off to the Wickham Festival...

Nigel Rippon, a friend who used to play gigs with us many years ago in the Heavy Sound Band days, playing electronic cello on the acoustic stage. He did a set later with his band Stone Cold...

Jimmer and Sarah's Farm

We went to stay with Jimmer, Sarah and Rory tonight. Angus was away on Scout Camp. They live on the Sarah's family farm near Mudford in Somerset....

Our first job was to herd the cows from the field into the milking parlour....Come On Then!!!!

All in....good job....

Rory showed us some of the chickens, in front of the farmhouse...

Joe met the farm bull.....'Legend'....he was scary...

Rory introduced the kids to the farm cats....

Next job was feeding the calves.  They use the milk from the cows that have recently given birth...

Dinner time....

On the way back Jimmer and Sarah's farm cottage (in the background) Joe met another farm cat...the feisty one!

Sarah cooked up a fantastic chilli feast....

In the morning we found some more chickens and went egg collecting...

Got one....The eggs are sold in the farm shop...

Lisa and Joe fell in love with the guinea pigs...

Fleet Air Arm Museum

 We went to the Fleet Air Arm Museum in Yeovilton today....

Joe signed up to be a helicopter pilot....

There are four big hangers of planes....the biggest houses Concorde...

Amberley

We stayed for a couple of nights in Amberley with Will and Rachel and their gang...

The most popular attraction was the trampoline swimming pool combo.....Joe....

It was a super hot day, but lovely views over the valley...
