Half Term Hols :-)

Biking Germany

We had a planned a lads snowboarding trip over to Germany for New Year, but there was no snow, so it became a mountain biking trip....Simon, Jezza, Geoff and Me...

We hired bikes, bought a map and set off into the mountains...

Me, Geoff and Simon used Electric Assisted Mountain bikes. They were brilliant! Jez said it was cheating and used his standard bike. Here's my trusty steed in the foothills of the Harz Mountains...

We found some awesome cake for lunch....

The cute German town of Nordenau. I think Jez might have spotted another cake shop...

We celebrated a great days biking with a 'beer tube' of Krombacher. Geoff was our barman...

The next day it was a tad colder. That is Simon under all that plastic :-)

Fellows Family Day

The whole Fellows clan descended on Emsworth today for a fabulous festive family get-together...Dad's Photo...

Mary and George cooked up three fantastic curry's and Will and Rachel brought the puds. Nell provided the chocolate log. It was an epic feast....

Yule Yomp VIII

Today was the 8th annual food and drink marathon which is the Yule Yomp....The map was produced by Lisa this year :-)

This year's yompers...Finn, Ben, Chalkie, Rayner, Natalie, Seth, Emma, Tory, Geroge, Lyzz, Amelie, Geoff, Joe, Karen, Lisa, Danny, Abbie, Simon, Roland, Rosie, Fraser. Also on the Yomp, but not in the photo...Giles, Carolyn, Lily, Gus, Indy, Alice.

We started at Rayner and Nat's house in Maismore Gardens and then walked along a wet and windy beach towards Simon and Tory's...

Next it was our house. Seth and Joe waiting for Ben to finish on the drums...

We fed the kids marshmallows and chocolate sauce....with predictable consequences....

The adults hid on the patio....

They are still trying to get Ben off that drum kit....he's loving it :-) I think I know what he'll be wanting for his next birthday....

After Geoff's it was on the Giles and Carolyn's house where Gus's hoverboard proved very popular with the kids....Lisa and Finn....

Fantastic cocktails, quiz questions and BBQed spuds were the order of the day at the Plumbs....

What a great Yomp. Looking forward to the next one already :-)

Man City v Sunderland

One of Joe Christmas presents was a trip to the Ethiad Stadium to see Man City play Sunderland on Boxing Day. A lady from the club took our photo outside the ground....
