Me and Karen had a paddle over to Langstone for a spot of lunch today...
The wind was out of the west, so paddling was quite hard work and the pub was a welcome sight :-)

On the way back we met Geoff blasting up and down on his windsurfer...
Perfect weather for wind surfing :-)
