The big talk at school today was the arrival of 44 beauty contestants on Mahe! Some of the sixth form lads were getting quite excited. I thought they said that it was the Miss Incontinent contest, which I thought would be very forward thinking, but it turns out the contest is called Miss Intercontinental. Miss Seychelles (pop. 80,000) is up against the likes of Miss China (pop. 6,000,000,000). Hardly seems fair! Anyway, I will let you know how it turns out.
