Slow Sunday (F)

I was nursing a hangover after the rugby last night, Lisa was building stuff out of lego and Karen was in her usual spot on the balcony sofa reading. It was a very chilled out sunday morning.
Lisa found that something had set up home in her dolls house. It is the nest of the Seychelles Potter Wasp. The young wasps live in this mud house until they are big enough to fly away. This one was empty.
We went down to the beach for a stroll at sunset. It was a lovely cool evening and we walked along in the waves. Sunday is the day that the locals tend to head for the beach and there were still lots of kids down there playing. I saw some of the South African kids from school, they gave me a bit of grief about the rugby. On the way home we stopped in and joined the DVD Rental Shop. Karen chose the film for tonight...

Film Review - Everything's Gone Green 7/10
This was a great little film. Set in Vancouver (we think we spotted our old apartment block in English Bay). It follows a young bloke who realises that nothing is quite what it seems. He ends up mixed up in all sorts of dodgy situations while pursuing a girl who's job it is to make Vancouver look like other North American cities for the movies.
